Project Delivery Manager

I am a Project Delivery Manager with “roll-up-the-sleeves” attitude.

My experience spans from reporting to C-Level executives on status of Business Transformation Programs - to troubleshooting a functionality issue with End User of a system.

Planning, organizing and directing activities is my main theme, but when needed, I will focus on the critical problem and will dive as deep as needed to solve it.

While I have no experience as a programmer, I do have very good understanding of the technology. I am able to help Developers and IT Architects by defining detail data model attributes, troubleshooting integration problems down to the message headers sequence mismatch, interpreting logs or analyzing SQL queries and the resulting data.

From the Business point of view, I have experience with analyzing business processes and defining detailed requirements on how the technology shall support the business. I have extensively used prototyping of UIs to help facilitate understanding of the business needs and requirements by development teams. I have also experience in data mining and discovering patterns in the data to support data driven decisions.

I can enjoy working on Business Model Optimization Project or Support existing solution in production as much as setting up Startup from scratch.

It all depends on being in friendly environment with good people, where we can have lots of laughs and get a lot of work done.

I like problem solving and learning new stuff on the way.
